About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team, providing personalized therapy plans and mentoring junior therapists.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with parents to design home-based intervention strategies and provide regular progress updates.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to junior therapists, promoting their growth and skill enhancement.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and foster strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Stay current with industry developments, tools, and techniques to enhance therapy outcomes and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Master of Occupational Therapy degree and licensure as an occupational therapist.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with pediatric clients, specifically those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and Down Syndrome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, parents, and team members.
