Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multi-disciplinary intervention clinic that supports children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. This pediatric specialty centre offers services in the fields of Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. Our program promotes positive growth in the lives of children, adopting a holistic approach to develop their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities. We ensure exceptional therapy quality, total parent involvement, and a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children with special needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at our Bengaluru location. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with developmental delays and disabilities, creating individualized treatment plans, and working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records, communicating with parents and caregivers, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, and Rehabilitation
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Background in Medicine related to pediatric care is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Relevant certifications and licenses required to practice
