Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized therapy plans. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients&apos conditions, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role entails working with children and adults to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

- Skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, parents, and caregivers
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working in a therapeutic or clinical environment is preferred
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children and adults with special needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
