About the Role We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in both organic and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large ad budgets (₹1,00,000+ per month), creating engaging content, and driving measurable results for the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute organic & paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Manage ₹1L+ monthly ad budgets and optimize for ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Conduct market research focused on Chennai.
  • Collaborate with content & design teams for brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing & PPC.
  • Proven experience managing ₹1L+ ad budgets.
  • Skilled in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical & communication skills (Tamil is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
