**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to ensure optimal ROI and achieve business objectives.

2. **Keyword Research**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for Google Ads campaigns.
- Identify and target relevant audience segments for Facebook Ads campaigns.

3. **Ad Creation**:

- Develop compelling and creative ad copy for search and display ads.
- Design engaging and visually appealing ad creatives for Facebook Ads.

4. **Optimization**:

- Continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance by adjusting bids, ad placements, targeting, and other settings.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies and creatives to determine the most effective strategies.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

6. **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budget effectively across campaigns to maximize results.
- Monitor daily and monthly budgets to ensure no overspending and efficient use of funds.

7. **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
- Implement new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads (working or freelancing).
- Proven track record of successful PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
