Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our Siliguri location. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective and current students by providing academic advising, career counseling, and educational support. Daily tasks include conducting student counseling sessions, addressing inquiries about courses, assisting students in selecting suitable career paths, and helping them navigate their educational opportunities effectively.

Counsellor
–

  • Must be responsible for meeting monthly / quarterly / yearly admission sales targets.
  • Must have the ability to manage sales team to generate new leads.
  • Must have good communication skills & have the ability to highlight the benefits of specific courses in order to admit students.
  • Fluency in
    BENGALI
    language is mandatory, English communication preferred
  • Experience – Minimum 5 years in education sales experience .
  • Salary – fixed salary + incentives
