Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Yes Bank Process (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality communication.
  • Update customer information in the system accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Shift: Day rotational shifts.
  • Week Off: Rotational.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand) attractive incentives.
