Job Roles &
Responsibilities· Handle inbound customer calls related to Bisleri products and services.
· Address queries regarding orders, deliveries, product details, and service requests.
· Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Accurately update customer interaction records in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
· Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
· Provide support via phone, email, and chat (if required).
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality and productivity.
Required Skills
& Qualifications· Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
· 0–4 years of experience in customer service (FMCG or call center experience preferred).
· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
· Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
· Good problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer queries.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Working Days &
Timings· 6 days working (Sunday fixed weekly off).
· Day Shift: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational window).
Salary &
Benefits· Competitive salary: INR 15,000 – 17,000 CTC (approx.).
