  • Job Responsibilities:Attend inbound and outbound calls from customers to address queries and process requests efficiently and accurately
  • Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities of banking products during customer interactions
  • Ensure quality communication and deliver excellent customer service within productivity and service benchmarks
  • Provide consistent "customer delight" by resolving queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain and complete all required logs and reports as per end-of-day targets
  • Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
