Reporting to: Senior Manager - Call Center

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and report data related to donations collected, team performance, incentive calculations, and vertical performance (weekly,monthly,quarterly,yearly).
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of MIS reports to support decision-making.
  • Collect, compile, and maintain donor data from zonal teams
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on donations and performance.
  • Build and update dashboards for project monitoring.
  • Conduct regular checks of data received from the field and share feedback.
  • Coordinate with location managers to ensure timely data submission.
  • Maintain data accuracy and store updated information in cloud-based systems.
  • Provide analysis and insights for management presentations and review meetings.
  • Support in training field teams on MIS processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all project data.

Pre-Requisites

  • Strong in MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred) and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint & Word.
  • Ability to analyse and present data clearly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with multiple teams.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in the NGO or education sector.
