Key Responsibilities
Franchise Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and create a pipeline of potential franchise partners through cold calling, referrals, online portals, events, and networking.
Actively participate in marketing campaigns and franchise exhibitions to attract prospects.
Franchise Acquisition & Onboarding
Present the companys franchise model, business plan, ROI, and benefits to potential investors.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospects.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with prospective franchisees.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of franchise partners.
Market Research & Analysis
Research new markets, locations, and expansion opportunities.
Track competitor activities and market trends in the franchise industry.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with acquired franchise partners.
Act as a bridge between franchisees and internal departments during onboarding.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate reports of leads, meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Provide regular MIS updates on franchise acquisition activities.
