Role Description

We are seeking experienced and result-oriented dynamic persons to oversee real estate sales operations. The role requires expertise in lead generation through PR, Negotiation skills, team handling, presentation skills, and recruitment of IBAs . The ideal candidate will drive sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and build a high-performing sales network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding and experience in market research, identifying business opportunities and client relationship management
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive lead generation through effective PR, networking, and promotional strategies .
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and manage Independent Business Associates (IBAs) to expand sales channels.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to build, manage, and expand a network of IBAs.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent people management skills.
