Job Summary

We are hiring a Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in Home Loans (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the BFSI/NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new clients for Home Loans / Loan Against Property through direct channels, connectors, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand financial requirements, and suggest suitable loan products.
  • Manage end-to-end loan process – from application, documentation, and credit assessment to disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Track market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback for business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HL or LAP in BFSI/NBFC sector (mandatory).
