Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – HL (Home Loans) – LAP (Loan Against Property) – BT (Balance Transfer) – BP (Business Process) – DSA (Direct Selling Agents) Connector at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The position is located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, Direct Selling Agents, and other stakeholders to achieve business targets. Key responsibilities include promoting loan products, cross-selling relevant services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to compliance standards set by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Balance Transfers, and related financial products.
  • Skills in business development, relationship management, and client acquisition.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with Direct Selling Agents and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of banking processes, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
