Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VIP Desktop Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, managing printer support, troubleshooting hardware issues, and assisting with a variety of computer and hardware-related concerns. The engineer is expected to deliver top-notch customer support to ensure seamless operations for VIP users within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in working with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
  • Experience in Printer Support and related technical management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with VIP users
  • Previous experience in the IT industry or a relevant technical support role is advantageous
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
