Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer, based in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and repairing computer hardware, and assisting with printer setup and support. The role involves working closely with the technical team, responding promptly to support requests, and ensuring smooth IT operations at the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware support
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Knowledge of Printer Support and related devices
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., A+, ITIL, or equivalent) would be advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site capacity
  • A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
