  • Develop and implement regional strategies for mobilization and placement aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build and manage partnerships with employers, HR leaders, and CSR networks for placement opportunities.
  • Design and oversee community outreach, mobilization campaigns, and counseling programs to attract candidates.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate placement and mobilization teams across centers for high performance.
  • Coordinate with the training team to ensure job-oriented curriculum alignment and candidate readiness.
  • Facilitate campus drives, job fairs, and MoUs for sustainable employer relationships.
  • Monitor placement and mobilization performance metrics, including offer rate, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate MIS data on mobilization leads, enrollments, and placements.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and dashboards to the National Head and donors.
  • Represent the organization in external forums, industry meetings, and government initiatives.
  • Adhere to compliance, donor reporting, and organizational standards.
  • Support post-placement tracking, retention, and alumni engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 810 years of relevant experience in placement, mobilization and livelihood programs within the NGO, skilling, or education sector
