Institutional Business Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Institutional Business Manager to drive institutional partnerships and business growth. The ideal candidate will lead collaborations with colleges and universities to promote Cokonet Academy's training initiatives and expand its institutional footprint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Partnership Development
- Identify and onboard educational institutions and corporates for collaborative training programs and placement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships through MoUs, workshops, and academic alliances.
- Present customized training solutions aligned with institutional needs and skill development goals.
- Represent Cokonet Academy in institutional events, education fairs, and conferences.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Drive institutional business revenue and achieve defined sales and partnership targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase institutional outreach and engagement.
- Prepare business proposals, partnership decks, and pricing models for institutional clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns targeted at colleges and universities.
3. Relationship & Account Management
- Build strong relationships with placement officers, training heads, and management teams of partner institutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, review meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure sustained engagement.
- Ensure smooth coordination for program delivery, certification, and student placement support.
4. Research & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities in the education and training space.
- Identify potential regions and institutions for expansion.
- Provide strategic inputs for product alignment with institutional demand.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in education, EdTech, or training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in institutional business development, college partnerships, or corporate training sales.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or skill development sectors preferred.
