Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for warehousing services.

  • Identify and recruit new clients.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with transport and shipping companies to meet delivery needs.

  • Team Management & Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate the sales and warehouse teams.

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to meet performance goals.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinating staff to ensure efficiency.

  • Operations & Logistics:

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory, receiving, and dispatch processes.

  • Analyze sales data to optimize stock levels, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure proper storage, packaging, and labeling of products.

  • Strategic & Administrative Tasks:

  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Develop and manage sales and warehouse budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to adapt strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
