About the Role

We're looking for a result-oriented Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads for B2B industries and a strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and ROI tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Setup

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (Search, Display, Remarketing).
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Write engaging ad copies aligned with the brand tone.

Optimization & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor daily performance and optimize for better CTR, CPC, and conversions.
  • Refine landing pages, ad extensions, and keyword match types for higher ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and CTAs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track leads and conversions using Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights on cost per lead and trends.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Align campaigns with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Work with design and content teams for ad creatives.
  • Suggest new strategies and manage ad budgets efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in running lead generation campaigns via Google Ads.
  • Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
  • Experience in B2B campaigns (preferably industrial, certification, or consulting sectors).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
