  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance scheduling, inspections, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage leases, including renewals, rent collection, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, track work orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor property budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and property policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as contracts, invoices, inspections, and correspondence.
  • Use property management systems (PMS) to record data, update tenant information, generate reports, and manage workflows.
  • Prepare reports in Excel, including rent roll, occupancy, expenses, and forecast analysis.
  • Support property owners by providing updates, insights, and financial performance summaries.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property management systems
  • Strong Excel skills, such as formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and report creation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational and time-management ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail for documentation, record-keeping, and inspections.
  • Problem-solving skills to address tenant and maintenance issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of leasing processes and property laws/regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams and vendors.
  • Basic financial and budgeting understanding.
  • Reporting and data interpretation skills for ownership updates.
