Birla Estates, one of India's leading developers in premium real estate, is expanding its luxury property sales presence across India. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager based in Kolkata to promote and sell Birla Estates luxury residential Pan India projects .

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads for Birla Estates Luxury Pan India projects.
  • Connect with HNI and NRI clients across Kolkata and India.
  • Conduct property presentations and virtual tours to showcase project value.
  • Coordinate with the Mumbai sales and CRM teams for site visits and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate client data using CRM and follow-up systems.
  • Stay informed on Mumbais luxury real estate market, pricing, and trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Real Estate Management preferred).
  • 5 - 12 years of sales experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Travel Pan India for client meetings and training.
