We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local property markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for property sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and project information.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in real estate sales (residential).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local property markets and ongoing projects.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Other: Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.
  • Smart, presentable, and target-driven personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
