Job Title - Telecaller Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Type:Full-time / On-site

Experience:03 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Industry:Real Estate / Property Sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients from the given database or inquiries.

* Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.

* Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.

* Schedule and confirm site visits for sales executives.

* Maintain a record of calls, leads, and client feedback in CRM.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

* Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related queries professionally.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

* Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.

* Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

* Prior experience in real estate or telesales preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary: 12,000 20,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives.
