  • Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting products
  • Has deep product knowledge of women's wear collections including fabrics, fits, and fashion trends
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and store displays are maintained
  • Handle billing, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Manage stock levels and replenish as needed
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor offerings

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in women's apparel/fashion retail sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends in women's wear
  • Basic computer skills(MS Office)
