Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive Womens Wear segment to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and representing our brand with professionalism and passion.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting products
- Has deep product knowledge of women's wear collections including fabrics, fits, and fashion trends
- Achieve sales targets
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store displays are maintained
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Manage stock levels and replenish as needed
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor offerings
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in women's apparel/fashion retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
- Knowledge of current fashion trends in women's wear
- Basic computer skills(MS Office)
