Role Overview: Learner Success & Operations

1. Learner Success Operations

  • Own end-to-end batch planning and execution—from learner onboarding, batch launch, and training delivery to collecting feedback.
  • Monitor learner progress and career outcomes; design targeted interventions such as mentoring sessions, learning boosters, and career support activities.
  • Manage a pool of Student Success Coordinators and Mentors to ensure smooth execution across all domestic and international programs.
  • Lead pre-admission and post-sales processes, including application reviews, assessment coordination, and interview scheduling with partner institutions.
  • Coordinate travel, visa, and accommodation support for learners in international programs.
  • Plan and execute structured alumni engagement initiatives.
  • Track and manage learner queries via a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions within agreed SLAs.

2. Academic Operations

  • Coordinate with university faculty and industry trainers to align and execute teaching schedules for all programs.
  • Handle trainer contracts and budget negotiations. Ensure smooth trainer onboarding, scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Track delivery quality through metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and learner feedback.
  • Oversee exam coordination and liaise with institutions for assessment integrity.
  • Support institution-led interview and selection processes.
