Role OverviewThe Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting andselling our portfolio of technology -driven and professional certificationprograms to individual learners and corporate clients. The role requires astrong understanding of the EdTech ecosystem, excellent communication skills,and a track record of achieving sales targets in the training or educationsector. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, andconvert leads into enrollments for technology and professional courses such asData Science, Cyber Security, Agile, AI, and Cloud Computing.Conduct consultations withprospective learners to understand their goals and recommend the most suitableprograms.Manage the entire salescycle — from lead generation, follow -up, and counseling to closing.Maintain CRM recordsaccurately and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.Build and maintain strongrelationships with individual learners and corporate clients.Collaborate with themarketing team to execute campaigns, webinars, and lead -generation initiatives.Stay updated with emergingtrends in EdTech, course offerings, and competitive landscape.Achieve monthly andquarterly revenue targets consistently.Represent Blue Oceanprofessionally in all interactions, ensuring the highest level of customersatisfaction. RequirementsBachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years ofexperience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or training industry.Proven success in sellingtechnology or certification -based programs.Excellent communication,presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong consultative sellingapproach with focus on understanding learner needs.Hands -on experience withCRM systems ( Zoho, Salesforce).Self -motivated,target -oriented, and capable of working independently. Mandatory · Prior experience sellingB2C or B2B training solutions in domains such as Data Science, Cyber Security,or Agile.· Familiarity withinternational certification bodies (e.g., Scrum Alliance, CompTIA, SAFe).· Understanding of digitalmarketing funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)· Monthly and quarterlyrevenue targets achieved.· Conversion rate of leads toenrollments.· Number of new learneraccounts and corporate clients onboarded.· Client satisfaction andretention rate.· Accurate CRM management andreporting.
