Role Description


•Channel Sales Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners including EdTech platforms, study-abroad consultants, coaching/training institutes, and education resellers globally.


•Business Development: Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to increase enrolments in undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs offered by Euro American Education Group institutions.


•Strategic Alliances: Establish long-term collaborations and MOUs with key educational players to facilitate course delivery, student recruitment, and academic partnerships.


•Revenue Growth: Own and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual enrolment and revenue targets through B2B sales channels.


•Partner Enablement: Train and equip partners with necessary sales tools, product knowledge, and marketing support to effectively promote university programs.


•Global Outreach: Lead market expansion efforts in target regions including Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, and Europe.


•Contracting & Compliance: Negotiate commercial agreements, track partner performance, and ensure compliance with academic and operational standards.


•Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, admissions, academic, and tech teams to ensure seamless partner experience and student journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the edtech sector is mandatory

Job Location :- Noida

Shift Time :- 12 PM to 9 PM
