Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Manager to join our team at AAFT Online. As

a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online

learning platform by focusing on learner-centric tasks. Your responsibilities will include

managing learners, resolving their day-to-day queries, facilitating their onboarding process, and

maintaining accurate attendance data.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the learner experience on AAFT Online, ensuring high levels of engagement and

satisfaction.

 Facilitate the onboarding process for new learners, providing guidance and support as

they navigate the platform.

 Monitor and track learner attendance, ensuring compliance with program requirements

and deadlines.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address learner concerns and enhance the

overall learning experience.

 Analyze learner feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement

solutions accordingly.

 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online education to continuously

enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree from any relevant field.

 Proven experience in program management, preferably in the Edtech industry.

 Strong understanding of learner-centric principles and practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively

with learners and stakeholders.

 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Proficiency in learning management systems and related software applications.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
