Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
US Education Counsellor
to guide and support students interested in enrolling in
online degree and professional programs
offered in collaboration with reputed international universities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the
US education system
, and proven experience in
student counselling or EdTech sales
.

This role combines
academic counselling, career guidance, and admissions coordination
to help students make informed educational decisions while achieving organizational enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students about
    online degree and professional certification programs
    offered in partnership with international universities.
  • Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial situations to recommend the right programs.
  • Manage
    inbound and outbound calls
    , emails, and online inquiries to drive admissions conversions.
  • Assist students through the
    application and enrollment process
    , ensuring complete documentation and smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on
    US higher education trends
    , program structures, and visa regulations (for guidance purposes).
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to execute
    student acquisition strategies
    .
  • Maintain accurate records in the
    CRM system
    and achieve assigned
    admission/enrollment targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and education partners to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Education, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Education Counsellor
    , preferably handling
    US or international programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a student-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be comfortable working from office (Noida).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    EdTech, university tie-ups, or international student counselling.
  • Familiarity with US university degree structures
    and online education models.
  • Prior experience with
    B2C student counselling
    for higher education programs.
