Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Administration based in Katihar. The Head of Administration will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational goals. Responsibilities will include managing finances, overseeing budgeting processes, handling invoicing, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role will also involve implementing efficient practices, supervising administrative staff, and contributing to operational strategies to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess operational processes, identify improvements, and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and effective financial planning
  • Expertise in invoicing and managing accounts payable/receivable
  • Excellent organizational and management abilities to oversee administrative tasks and coordinate with multiple teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative leadership roles is highly desirable
