Position Overview

As the Center Head, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of our healthcare center in North Bangalore. You will lead operational excellence, strengthen our network of medical professionals, and drive business development across IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) services.Also you need to have a good Doctor Contact Base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Center Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
  • Doctor Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard leading IPD and OPD doctors to strengthen the center's medical network.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong and lasting relationships with doctors, consultants, and key stakeholders in North Bangalore.
  • Business Development: Formulate and implement strategies to increase patient inflow, service utilization, and revenue.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to deliver superior patient experiences and achieve organizational goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets for the center.
  • Community Outreach: Represent 2050 Healthcare at local healthcare events and forums to enhance brand visibility and doctor engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare center management.
  • Strong network and professional relationships with doctors in North Bangalore is mandatory.
  • Proven success in doctor onboarding, business growth, and operational management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about healthcare excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹110,000.00 per month
