Technical Customer Support Executive International Voice (Broadband/Wi-Fi Support)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical support queries via voice calls for international customers.

  • Troubleshoot broadband and Wi-Fi issues including:

  • Connectivity drops

  • Router configuration
  • Speed/performance issues

  • Network settings and security

  • Provide step-by-step guidance for basic and advanced router/modem setup.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/3 support teams as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay updated with the latest technical knowledge in broadband/Wi-Fi technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, DNS, routers, modems, etc.).
  • Ability to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
  • Comfortable with using ticketing/CRM systems and remote support tools.
