Business Development Executive

Arema Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our clientele and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our IT services and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Promote IT services like website development, app development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and present proposals, company profiles, and service presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Maintain client records and sales reports in MS Excel.
- Handle documentation and correspondence using MS Word.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills:
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel – creating reports, tracking leads, managing client data
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint – preparing client presentations and proposals
- Familiarity with MS Word – documentation, official letters, and proposals
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of IT products and services (preferred)
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate in any stream (preferably BBA, B.Com, BCA, or similar)
- Additional certifications in digital marketing or business development are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract
Pay: ₹5, ₹16,000.00 per month
