**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective trading strategies aligned with client investment goals or company objectives.
- Execute buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, and other tradable securities with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor market fluctuations and adjust strategies as needed to minimize risk and maximize returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trading activities.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and portfolio managers to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and economic developments impacting the market.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trading Executive or similar role in a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and trading strategies.
