At Supertails, we're on a mission to revolutionize pet care in India and we're looking for an Assistant Manager – Retention to take charge of our customer experience and retention efforts for the e-commerce division.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Dive deep into user behavior through data, surveys, and group discussions to understand what drives our customers.
  • Create smart segmentation strategies and build tailored solutions that speak directly to pet parents.
  • Be obsessed with every customer touchpoint — identify moments that can improve engagement or reveal new insights.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys, collaborating closely with product, merchandising, and digital teams.
  • Lead and execute projects independently — both internal initiatives and external collaborations.
  • Analyze data to spot trends, summarize learnings, and translate insights into action.
  • Partner with multiple teams to solve for business gaps — whether it's inventory issues, pricing mismatches, or product inconsistencies.
