  • Staff management: Supervise housekeeping staff, schedule their shifts, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Training: Train new hires on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, equipment usage, and customer service expectations.
  • Quality assurance: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Correct issues promptly.
  • Inventory control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and other amenities. Order new supplies as needed and ensure storerooms are organized.
  • Guest relations: Address and resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as maintenance, to address any damages or malfunctions found in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks, staff performance, inventory, and other relevant data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
