Staff management Supervise housekeeping staff schedule their shifts assign daily tasks and monitor performance Training Train new hires on cleaning procedures safety guidelines equipment usage and customer service expectations Quality assurance Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards Correct issues promptly Inventory control Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies linens and other amenities Order new supplies as needed and ensure storerooms are organized Guest relations Address and resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner Safety and compliance Ensure all staff adhere to health safety and sanitation regulations including the proper use of chemicals and equipment Collaboration Work with other departments such as maintenance to address any damages or malfunctions found in guest rooms or public areas Reporting Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks staff performance inventory and other relevant data Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
