As a Housekeeping Supervisor at EllBee Ganga View, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to supervise, train, and work alongside your team to ensure all rooms and public areas meet the hotel's rigorous cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise the housekeeping staff and ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean and sanitary.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing staff.

2. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Address guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.

3. **Scheduling and Staffing**:

- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.

4. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and place orders for necessary supplies in a timely manner.

5. **Communication**:

- Liaise between housekeeping staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Report maintenance issues to the concerned department and ensure they are resolved swiftly.

6. **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
