
Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage sales operations for the assigned region, driving revenue, expanding customer base, and ensuring strong market presence for diagnostic services. The RSM will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Sales Managers and Executives, ensuring business growth, client satisfaction, and compliance with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic regional sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of TSMs and Sales Executives across multiple locations.
- Identify new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, labs, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present region-wise updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive awareness initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
