**Customer Interaction**: Answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing information about products and services.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Working with the sales team to identify potential customers.
- **Appointment Management**: Scheduling and managing service appointments.
- **Post-Sale Support**: Coordinating with salespeople to ensure post-sale contacts are made.
- **Data Management**: Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Follow-Up**: Following up with customers after repairs or services to ensure satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Preparing reports on customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
