**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s database or lead sources.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Generate interest and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth client handling.
- Maintain professional relationships with potential clients to build long-term trust.
- Share regular feedback and market insights with the management team.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language].
- Persuasive, confident, and energetic personality.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer queries.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **Graduate** in any discipline.
- Prior experience in **telecalling, telesales, or customer support** (real estate experience preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
