Job Title: Telecaller (Female Only)

Location: Mangadu, Chennai

We are a reputable pre-owned car showroom located in Mangadu, Chennai, committed to providing our customers with quality pre-owned vehicles and excellent customer service. As part of our expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female telecallers to join our team.

**Job Description**:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential customers over the phone to promote our pre-owned car inventory. Your primary objective will be to engage prospective buyers, provide information about our vehicles, and schedule appointments for them to visit our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
*Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our pre-owned car inventory.

*Explain the features and benefits of various vehicles in our showroom.

*Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

*Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns accurately.

*Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

*Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our showroom.

*Record all customer interactions and update the customer database with accurate information.

*Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:
*Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.

*Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.

*Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.

*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

*Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

*Must be punctual and able to adhere to office hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
