Job Title : Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales)

Location : New Delhi (Janakpuri West)

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Shift : Day shift

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun off)

Note: This position requires working from the office.

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive international sales and manage client relationships. This role involves lead generation, sales cycle management for web and mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation: Use Linkedin, email marketing, and cold calling to generate leads.

Client Communication: Manage end-to-end client interactions and project communication.

Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with international clients.

Requirements :

-Experience in IT inside sales with a focus on web and mobile app projects.

- Excellent communication skills for engaging with international clients.

- Proven ability in lead generation, sales, and deal closure.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
