  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Office job providing sales support, customer support  Payment Follow-ups, and Customer Intactration.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and supports visitors.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, sending emails, etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information
  • Provide sales support for business development 
  • Graduate(preferable)/Class XII with management diploma or equivalent education
  • administrative assistant, office admin experience or Customer support experience would be ideal
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Working fluency in written and spoken English
  • Salary in the range of CTC including PF +ESIC)
  •  6 days a week. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Payment Follow-ups
