We are searching an Sales Head for Decorative Panels is responsible for driving sales of decorative panel products like sublimation MDF by developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. They also analyze market trends, set sales goals, and contribute to product development. As the head of the sales department, the primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the team to achieve the company's goals. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies: As a sales head you will be responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance: to set targets for their team and monitors their performance to ensure they achieve their goals. This includes analysing sales data, providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments.
- Managing and motivating the sales team: To manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals. training and coaching the team, providing ongoing support and creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships: To built and maintain relationships with key customers. This involves understanding their needs and preferences, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity: To be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. This includes analysing market data, conducting research and using this information to make informed sales decisions.
- Collaborating with other departments: To collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies. This includes sharing market insights, customer feedback and other relevant information to support organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in sales and sales management, preferably in the Sublimation MDF, Laser MDF, Gifting or Laser Cutting board industry, interior design industry or Plywood Industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the decorative panel market, MDF Board market and relevant industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
