**Position Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Business Development**
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet company targets.
- Support in dealer/distributor onboarding and relationship management.
- Participate in field visits with senior sales executives to learn channel and institutional sales.
- Identify potential leads and support in business generation activities.
- Track competitor activities and assist in preparing market intelligence reports.

**Marketing Activities**
- Contribute to product promotions, brand campaigns, and exhibitions.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate with agencies for branding and promotional events.

**Customer Engagement**
- Interact with architects, builders, and dealers under the guidance of seniors.
- Address customer queries and escalate issues for resolution.
- Collect feedback from customers and dealers to support product/service improvement.

**Operational Support**
- Maintain sales data, prepare MIS reports, and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure timely order execution.
- Learn CRM tools and assist in updating customer information and sales records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
