Job Description – Marketing & Sales Executive (MBA Fresher)

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious MBA freshers with a specialization in Marketing & Sales to join our growing team in the sanitaryware and bathroom fittings sector. The role will provide hands-on exposure to market development, sales operations, and brand-building activities. Candidates will get the opportunity to learn and contribute to expanding our dealer network, managing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Business Development

• Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet company targets.
• Support in dealer/distributor onboarding and relationship management.
• Participate in field visits with senior sales executives to learn channel and institutional sales.
• Identify potential leads and support in business generation activities.
• Track competitor activities and assist in preparing market intelligence reports.

Marketing Activities

• Contribute to product promotions, brand campaigns, and exhibitions.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate with agencies for branding and promotional events.

Customer Engagement

• Interact with architects, builders, and dealers under the guidance of seniors.
• Address customer queries and escalate issues for resolution.
• Collect feedback from customers and dealers to support product/service improvement.

Operational Support

• Maintain sales data, prepare MIS reports, and track progress against targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure timely order execution.
• Learn CRM tools and assist in updating customer information and sales records.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
