Position objective:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at
BEEM Home Solar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing
leads throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring smooth conversion from inquiry to sale
(mostly on call). This role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up
skills to drive successful solar rooftop installations. If you have a passion for renewable
energy and experience in lead management, we want you on our team
Key responsibilities areas-
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, and local
networking.
- Conduct customer site visits to assess rooftop feasibility and energy requirements.
- Explain solar rooftop solutions, benefits, and ROI (Return on Investment) to customers.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with design and technical teams for system design and pricing.
Negotiate and close sales, ensuring documentation and payment collection.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and testimonials.
- Participate in local promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
- Update CRM/database with leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's (master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in solar or other energy solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and
English.
- Sales & Lead Management Ability: Ability to handle and convert leads effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using or willing to learn CRM software, sales tracking tools.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade and nurture leads toward successful
conversion.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
- Laptop/Desktop and Mobile Phone: Should have their own laptop/desktop and
phone to utilise for the task.
