Job Description:
  • Manpower Planning: will be responsible for manpower planning and achieving organizational objectives through the right number of employees with the necessary competency and mind set to meet organisational goals.
  • Job Analysis and Design: Defining the Job and its structure and description, key performance parameters in the organisational structure with right set of competencies to achieve the objective of job in context to business goal.
  • Talent Development Management: Managing the life cycle of the employee to Hire to Retire (acquition, development & retain) as right fit at right cost.
  • Performance Management: Managing PAMS cycle and identifying the scope of improvement and professional growth along with rewarding benefits to increased job satisfaction.
  • Employee Engagement: Formulating employee initiatives for job satisfaction through ESS, Communication, Connect & Care.
  • Employee Wellness : Policy to be designed and implemented to ensure the health and safety of employees including family health care and support system in medical emergency.
  • Compensation & Benefit Management: Formulating the compensation and benefit policies to keep employee motivated.
  • Reward & Recognition: Formulating policy and initiative to promote and reward the extraordinary accomplishments and contributions of employees in ways separate from the performance appraisal process.
  • HR Analytics: To develop data-driven insights / dashboard to make right and instant decisions to manage talent , improve workforce processes and promote positive employee experience.
